Wednesday 8th September 2010 - Club Night - Strides Session

Tonight's Club Meet will be a coached 'Strides' session which will concentrate on helping you improve your individual running technique. Athletes are commonly told by coaches to try to stride at about two-thirds of their top speed. Basically the speed isn't too important, what is is the feeling of running well in a controlled manner with good form, with the right stride length.

Meet in the Fitness First Lounge area, ready to run from 7pm
