Chineham Park Running Club

This week's CPRC club night will be a group run and is not a coached session. It is likely to be a run of up to 6 miles (10km) in total around the Chineham business park and housing estate. Please wear a hi-viz top or reflective vest so you are visible to traffic.

Meet in the courtyard area outside Fitness First main entrance, ready to run at 7pm.
